Baileys Chocolate Fountain
A Barcelona Convention Installation
I had to mix a variety of oils and dysphagia powders into a chocolate mix to produce a realistically coloured and easy flowing liquid to simulate a Baileys advertised product. The shell mould was produced in fiberglass and required finishing and filling to bring to a high quality finish, I added extra sound proofing to minimalise the noises from the main pump.

Coldplay COncert Backdrop
A floral backdrop for a series of Coldplay Concerts
Organizing, assembling and fireproofing a large floral display using a variety of coloured plastic flowers mounted with choc blocks to a fine cord.
Anarchy Cravendale Catnapped
Props and effects for a scheming cats orientated Cravendale milkadvert
From setting up and operating a trapdoor with a crash mat landing area underneath to building and welding a spinning 'brainwash' rig and detailing a 'strategic' map, I was involved in many aspects of the props and models for this advertisement.
IBM World Display
For an internal IBM presentation I wired and attached a large number of bulbs varying in sizes to a large welded metal frame. The globe was designed and wired to show three sides of the Earth when a different circuit was powered.

In the Prop department IÂ worked on many hundred suit components, milling a large volume of pistons, cleaning many cast components from 3D printed originals and assembling those into working parts.
mcdonalds iced fruit smoothies advert
Using a range of techniques from drizzling a setting resin onto an angled surface, then attaching them to corners around the store, to covering furniture in heat moulded plastic sheets then spraying them in fake snow and water spray.
